You can track your order in real time anytime using our dedicated Track My Order page. Simply enter your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) and your billing email address.
Once your package is dispatched from our workshop, you will also receive an automated dispatch notification with carrier tracking details.
We offer the following domestic & international delivery options:
- Standard Ground Shipping (3–5 business days): Complimentary on all domestic orders over $100.
- Express 2-Day Delivery (2 business days): Available at checkout for urgent gifting.
- International Express (5–8 business days): Fully tracked with landed duties and taxes pre-calculated at checkout.
*Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for personalized and custom monogrammed pieces to be handcrafted by our artisans.
