All Paul Walter products are crafted from genuine, premium full-grain leathers. Please note:
- Natural Variations: Genuine leather exhibits natural characteristics, including subtle grain variations, unique texture patterns, and color undertones. These are marks of authentic craftsmanship and quality, not defects.
- Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors accurately on screen; however, display calibration varies across devices and screens.
- Product Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.
3. Orders, Pricing & Personalization Policy
Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates. Paul Walter is not responsible for courier delays caused by customs processing, severe weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided during checkout. All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract, and title passes upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
